Job Description
Product Knowledge Maintain strong understanding of all gym equipment, specifications, and pricing.
Lead Management Record and manage inbound calls including customer name, company, location, requirements, and status.
Customer Handling Attend walk-in clients (GUEST approach: Greet, Understand, Explain, Solve, Thank You).
Store Management Ensure proper floor display and presentation of products at all times.
Order Processing Ensure sales order is created before dispatch of any product.
Billing Generate invoice after dispatch of the order.
Target Achievement Meet and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.
