SENIOR SALES MANAGER – AI SERVICES
Location: Noida (On-site) |Revenue Target: $25,000/month

Core Techies India Private Limited is an AI-first product engineering company helping global clients build AI agents, automation systems, workflows, and SaaS products across the US, Europe, and the Middle East.
The Role:
We’re hiring a Senior Sales Manager to own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closure.
Revenue Ownership: 1. $15,000/month from inbound/company-generated leads 2. $10,000/month from self-generated pipeline

Key Responsibilities:
1. Close warm inbound leads
2. Build and manage outbound pipeline
3. Conduct discovery calls and understand client needs
4. Create proposals including scope, pricing, and timelines
5. Negotiate and close deals independently
6. Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversions

What You’ll Sell:
1. AI Voice Agents
2. AI Workflow Automation (n8n, Make.com, APIs)
3. AI Business Systems
4. RAG Solutions
5. AI SaaS MVPs

Compensation:
1. ₹8–12 LPA base (based on performance)
2. Uncapped incentives (starting ~$600 at $25K target)

Job Requirements

First 30 Days:

1. Week 1: Onboarding, deal reviews, call shadowing, platform training

2. Week 2–4: Close $5K–$8K + build outbound pipeline

3. Month 1 target: $10K–$15K

Reporting Structure:

1. Reports to: Rohit Gahlot (Sales & Marketing)

2. Works with: Bidding, Outbound, and Delivery teams

3. Access to founders for $20K+ deals
