Flooring site manager

JOB DESCRIPION One Dream fitness and club pvt ltd. is seeking an experienced and organized operations Manager – Flooring to oversee gym flooring projects from planning to completion. The role involves managing installation teams, coordinating site operations, ensuring timely project execution, and maintaining quality standards across all flooring installations. Key Responsibilities Must have practical knowledge of gym flooring pasting and installation techniques and be able to independently perform flooring pasting work . Manage end-to-end flooring operations and installation projects. Plan and coordinate project schedules, manpower, and material dispatch. Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and quality standards. Coordinate with Team regarding project timelines and requirements. Ensure projects are completed within the committed deadlines. Monitor inventory and material requirements for on going projects. Resolve site-related challenges and operational issues efficiently. Maintain daily, weekly, and project completion reports. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all project sites. Requirements  Graduate in any discipline.  1–3 years of experience in operations, site management, flooring, construction, interiors, or project coordination. Salary ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
