Position: Manager — Recon & Accounts

Location: Gurgaon | Full-time/5.5 days working

Job Requirements
Reconciliation: Handle and verify 50K–60K entries daily; ensure 100% accuracy using VLOOKUP and advanced Excel functions.
Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain ledgers, entries, and compliance records; handle TDS, GST, and statutory filings.
Compliance: Manage all statutory compliances for fintech/digital service companies.
Audit & Reporting: Prepare audit documents; coordinate with CA/CS for statutory audits, tax filings, and regulatory submissions.
Software & Dashboards: Work with multiple accounting/ERP tools, dashboards, and reconciliation systems.
Process Improvements: Automate reconciliation, strengthen reporting processes, and ensure timely closure of books.
Must-Have Qualifications
Strong recon experience (50K+ entries/day)
Excel power user (VLOOKUP, Pivot, dashboards)
Experience in GST, TDS, compliance filings
Knowledge of digital/fintech/service company accounts
3–6 years relevant accounting/recon experience
Good-to-Have
Money collections from vendor .
Candidate should have own vehicle for going up and down for money collection
Worked with payment gateway/PSP/fintech companies
Familiarity with financial dashboards & MIS reporting
