Job Description
Dear Candidate,
We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team in Malad. The ideal candidate should have a passion for teaching young children and creating a fun, safe, and nurturing learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach and engage children (ages 2-5) in age-appropriate educational and creative activities.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
Plan and deliver daily lesson plans that support child development across multiple areas (language, motor skills, social skills, etc.).
Monitor each child's progress and provide feedback to parents.
Ensure child safety and hygiene at all times.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff on school activities and events.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians during pick-up/drop-off and meetings.

Job Requirements
Female candidates only (as per institutional policy and environment).
Minimum 12th pass (Graduates or diploma in Early Childhood Education preferred).
Certification in Montessori or ECCEd will be an added advantage.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
Basic knowledge of classroom management and child psychology.
