We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Daycare Teacher to join our childcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children (typically ages 6 months to 5 years) can grow socially, emotionally, cognitively, and physically.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
Assist children with daily routines including meals, hygiene, naps, and play.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful classroom atmosphere.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding child progress, concerns, and milestones.
Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom.
Observe and document children’s behaviors, noting any developmental or behavioral concerns.
Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times.

Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in Early Childhood Education preferred.
Experience working in a daycare or childcare setting.
Knowledge of child development stages and appropriate practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, reliability, and a nurturing attitude.
