Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef to independently manage our pastry production and create high-quality European-style mousse cakes and desserts. The ideal candidate should have experience in modern pastry techniques, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain consistency and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and decorate premium European mousse cakes, entremets, cheesecakes, and desserts.
Execute recipes with consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
Handle glazing, chocolate work, piping, and modern cake finishing techniques.
Manage daily production planning and inventory of ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and finished products.
Innovate and develop new flavors and seasonal collections.
Minimize wastage and maintain cost efficiency.
Supervise kitchen operations and coordinate with management regarding orders and production schedules.
Maintain equipment and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
