Store Executive

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, maintain stock records, and ensure proper material handling and inventory control.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage inward and outward material movement.
Maintain stock records and inventory updates.
Monitor stock availability and avoid shortages/excess stock.
Prepare Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and maintain store documents.
Coordinate with purchase, warehouse, and operations teams.
Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory audits.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store.
Prepare daily/monthly stock reports.

Required Skills:

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP/Store software preferred)
Good communication and coordination skills
Inventory and stock management knowledge
Attention to detail and record maintenance
