Customer Relationship Executive (Female Only)

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, architects, contractors, and industries.
• Explain Infra Green’s PEB and civil construction services clearly and professionally.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-ups for the sales and business team.
• Maintain daily records of calls, responses, and follow-up status in CRM / Excel.
• Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries with a polite and confident attitude.
• Assist in collecting and verifying client details for digital marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and management teams for smooth lead conversion.
• Report daily performance, leads generated, and call summaries to the Marketing Head.

Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (mandatory).
• Malayalam / Hindi speaking ability is highly preferred.
• Confident voice, good telephone etiquette, and customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic knowledge of tele-calling tools, Excel, or CRM software.
• Positive attitude, persistence, and willingness to learn about PEB / industrial projects.
