Service Engineer

Dear Candidate,

We are hiring for Service Engineer below is the JD
Key Responsibilities:
? Installation, Maintenance & Servicing
Carry out installation and commissioning of cold storage systems (chillers, condensers, compressors)

Perform preventive maintenance (AMC) and troubleshoot breakdowns

Handle repairs and servicing of HVAC systems, cold rooms, and refrigeration units

Ensure proper operation of electrical panels, controllers, and automation systems

? Customer Support & Coordination
Attend customer sites for emergency service calls and maintenance jobs

Interact with clients on technical issues and resolve service complaints

Submit service reports and feedback forms after each visit

? Spare Parts & Tools Management
Recommend and assist in the replacement of faulty parts

Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition

Coordinate with stores/purchase department for spares

? Documentation & Reporting
Maintain detailed service logs and technical documentation

Update service CRM or Excel reports regularly

Provide technical feedback to improve product performance

✅ Required Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/ITI in Refrigeration, Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC

3 years of hands-on field service experience in refrigeration/cold storage industry

Good knowledge of:

Commercial refrigeration systems (Ammonia/Freon-based)

Compressors (Bitzer, Emerson, etc.)

VFDs, control panels, sensors, and PLC-based systems

Basic understanding of electrical wiring and HVAC automation

Good communication skills (Hindi/Marathi/English preferred)
