Job Description
Dear Candidate,
We are hiring Service Coordinator for Cold Storage/HVAC Company below is the JD
Key Responsibilities:
? Service Coordination & Scheduling
Schedule service engineers for AMC, breakdown, and installation calls
Assign jobs based on priority, location, and engineer availability
Track daily field activities and update service logs accordingly
Maintain AMC calendar and follow up on due maintenance calls
? Customer Communication
Respond to customer service requests via phone and email
Provide updates to customers regarding job status, delays, and resolutions
Record complaints and ensure timely resolution with service teams
? Documentation & Reporting
Maintain service reports, job cards, and service history records
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly service status reports
Update data in CRM or Excel for service call tracking and analysis
? Spare Parts & Inventory Coordination
Coordinate with the store team for part availability and dispatch
Follow up with suppliers or purchase for critical spares needed at site
Track consumption and requirements of HVAC units (compressors, condensers, etc.)
✅ Key Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum graduate (preferably in mechanical/electrical or related field)
2+ years of experience in service coordination, preferably in HVAC/Refrigeration
Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
Familiarity with AMC management, refrigeration systems, and field coordination
Proficient in MS Excel, email handling, and service CRM tools
Ability to manage pressure, handle multiple calls, and coordinate field teams
? Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in companies offering HVAC, cold storage, or commercial refrigeration services
Knowledge of components like chillers, compressors, air handling units (AHUs), etc.
