Job Description
Dear Candidate,
Currently we are hiring for Sales Coordinator for Engineering Company at Navi Mumbai
Job description as follows;-
a. Sales: i. Preparing quotes as per requisition from Sales team
.ii. Preparing proforma invoice and sales order confirmations
iii. Coordinating with customer for planning delivery schedules, payments receipts and any after sales related support
.iv. You will coordinate with customers for payments
.v. You will coordinate customer visits at factory.
vi. You will be responsible for preparation of monthly sales MIS and other sales reports. b.
Interdepartmental Coordination
:i. You will be the SPOC between Sales team and all other teams including Operations, Design, and Accounts
.ii. You will attend daily meetings with production, purchase, design etc to understand production and delivery status.
iii. You will act as a SPOC between operations team and the customer understanding and clarifying any questions either party has regarding delivery and execution.
iv. You will support the Accounts team, acting as a SPOC between Accounts and Customer teams for ledger matching, verification, and timely payment recovery.
c. Sales Admin:
i. You will coordinate between Sales team and Admin team for Ticket and hotel bookings
. ii. You will help Sales team in scheduling customer appointments.
iii. You will also support in marketing activities that are undertaken from time to time. abilities to liaise effectively between the sales team and clients.
