Position: Sales Coordinator

Location: Navi Mumbai
Industry: Engineering / Manufacturing
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month
Experience: 2 - 5 years (preferred)
Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/B.Sc./BBA preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the sales team to manage inquiries, quotations, and order processing

Handle customer communication via email and phone

Prepare and follow up on sales quotations

Maintain sales records, reports, and databases

Coordinate with internal departments (purchase, dispatch, accounts) for timely order execution

Support the sales team in achieving monthly/quarterly targets

Maintain and update client information and track customer interactions

Assist in generating sales reports and MIS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook

Knowledge of Tally ERP is must

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off or as per company policy)
