Conduct initial screening via phone or in-person interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain a database of potential candidates and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates during the hiring process.
Support onboarding and documentation processes.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the recruitment cycle.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment tools and techniques.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
