Currently we are looking for Medical Representative for Healthcare Company at dombivali location below is the JD:-
Key Responsibilities
Product Promotion & Sales:
Regularly visit doctors, specialists, hospital staff, and pharmacists to promote the company's products.
Present product information, benefits, and clinical data accurately and persuasively (often called "detailing").
Achieve or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Dombivli territory.
Identify and establish new potential customers within the assigned area.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, positive, and long-lasting relationships with all key HCPs.
Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, and product-related issues promptly.
Market Intelligence & Planning:
Develop and implement strategic territory business plans to maximize market penetration and sales.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and feedback, reporting insights to the management team.
Ensure proper visibility and availability of products at chemists and distributors.
Administration & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, sales data, and promotional activities (e.g., daily call reports, expense reports).
Manage and control the usage of promotional materials and product samples effectively.
Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and medical conferences as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Science (B.Sc.), Pharmacy (B.Pharm), or a related discipline.
Experience: 0 to 3+ years of experience as a Medical Representative is often preferred, but fresh graduates are also considered for trainee roles.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, and local language (Marathi) are highly beneficial.
Knowledge: Basic knowledge of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, product knowledge, and medical terminology.
Skills: Strong convincing and negotiation skills, commercial awareness, self-motivation, time management, and the ability to work independently.
Other: Must be willing to travel extensively within the Dombivli territory and surrounding areas. A personal two-wheeler may be an advantage .
