Mechanical Draughtsman

Dear Candidate,

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mechanical Draughtsman with approximately 2 years of experience in creating precise mechanical drawings and technical layouts. The candidate should have a solid understanding of mechanical design, CAD software, and engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare 2D and 3D mechanical drawings using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD tools
Develop detailed fabrication, assembly, and part drawings based on engineering concepts
Work closely with engineers and production teams to understand technical requirements
Update and revise drawings based on feedback and design changes
Ensure all drawings adhere to company and industry standards
Maintain proper documentation and version control of all drawings
Support in generating Bill of Materials (BOM) from drawings
Assist in product development and prototyping activities as needed

ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Draughtsmanship (Mechanical)
Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical drafting or a similar role
Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar mechanical design software
