We are currently hiring for the position of HVAC Technician for our operations in Mumbai. We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional with hands-on knowledge in Chiller Systems and Cassette Air Conditioners.
Position: HVAC Technician
Location: Mumbai
Experience: Minimum 2-5 years
Industry: Facility Management / HVAC Services / Engineering
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, with a strong focus on Chillers and Cassette AC units.
Troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues and perform diagnostic checks.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
Handle refrigerant charging, leak detection, and compressor servicing.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repair work, and service reports.
Coordinate with team members and supervisors for efficient site operations.
Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.

Job Requirements
TI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in handling chillers and cassette-type AC units.
Knowledge of HVAC controls, refrigerant types, and safety procedures.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Should be willing to travel locally across Mumbai for site visits.
