Dear Candidate,
We are looking for Front Desk (Reception cum Admin) person will be the first point of contact for visitors and guests, ensuring smooth administrative operations at the facility. This role requires strong communication skills, administrative expertise, and the ability to manage multiple support functions including guest management, housekeeping, stationery, pantry, and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the front desk reception efficiently; welcome visitors and guests with professionalism and warmth.
Handle telephone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information and redirecting as necessary.
Maintain office administration including managing stationery supplies, pantry, and housekeeping coordination.
Organize and manage events, meetings, and appointments for the office.
Ensure smooth housekeeping services, including cleanliness and maintenance of the reception and common areas.
Manage visitor logs, security protocols, and access control as per company policy.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility needs such as pantry supplies, housekeeping, and maintenance.
Maintain records and documentation related to administrative activities.
Support other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.

Job Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing industry environment.
Excellent English communication skills-both written and verbal.
Mature, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience in office administration, guest management, housekeeping, pantry management, and event coordination.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work independently as well as in a team.
Proficiency with basic office software and communication tools.
Additional Information
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Friendly and approachable personality with a customer service mindset.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing industry environment.
