Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We are looking for Customer Service Executive for Outbound Process below is the JD

Key Responsibilities:
? Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews for factory and office roles

Conduct background verification and documentation

Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding process

? Payroll & Attendance Management
Maintain and verify attendance records (biometric/manual)

Process monthly payroll inputs (leaves, OT, shifts)

Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for timely salary disbursement

? Compliance & Statutory Requirements
Ensure timely submission and maintenance of records for PF, ESIC, and other labor law compliances

Maintain statutory registers as per Factory Act and HR audits

Coordinate for contract labor and vendor documentation

? HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee records: offer letters, ID cards, joining & exit formalities

Handle grievances and escalate issues when required

Support safety committee and training sessions for shop floor workers

? Employee Engagement
Assist in organizing events, welfare programs, and skill training sessions

Promote a positive work culture on the shop floor and office staff

✅ Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in B.Com, BMS, or HRM (MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory)

2 years of hands-on HR experience in a manufacturing or factory setting

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and attendance/payroll software

Working knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances

Good communication in Hindi, Marathi & English

Must be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling pressure

Job Requirements

Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus)

Confidence in cold-calling and handling rejections

Good persuasion and negotiation skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

? Eligibility:
Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass); Graduate preferred

Experience: 6 months to 2 years in outbound customer service or telesales

Location: Should reside in or near Navi Mumbai (Vashi, Turbhe, Airoli, Nerul, etc.)

Preferred Background:
BPO / Telecalling / EdTech / Insurance / Loan / Real Estate / E-commerce

Experience with dialers like Ameyo, Exotel, or manually using CRM
