CRM Executive – Real Estate

Dear Candidate, We are looking for a CRM Executive – Real Estate (Loan-Focused) to join our team. The role primarily involves managing customer relationships, following up on leads, and assisting clients throughout the home loan process to ensure smooth property purchase and higher conversion rates. Key Responsibilities: Handle and manage incoming real estate leads from various sources Regularly follow up with customers to convert inquiries into site visits and bookings Assist clients in understanding home loan options, eligibility, EMI, and documentation Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and loan executives for loan processing and approvals Track loan stages such as login, sanction, and disbursement Maintain updated records of customer interactions in CRM software Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth coordination between sales and finance Support customers in resolving loan-related queries and documentation issues Generate daily and weekly reports on lead status, follow-ups, and conversions

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred) 1–3 years of experience in CRM / Real Estate / Loan Sales preferred Good communication and follow-up skills Basic knowledge of home loan processes and banking procedures
