Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, coordinate post-sales activities, and ensure a seamless experience for home buyers. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate CRM processes and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain customer databases using CRM software.

Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions via phone, email, and in person.

Coordinate between sales, legal, accounts, and site teams to ensure smooth documentation and handover process.

Follow up on outstanding payments, documentation, and registration formalities.

Provide regular updates to customers on project status, payment schedules, and possession timelines.

Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient post-sales service and support.

Schedule site visits, meetings, and assist customers with necessary paperwork.

Prepare and maintain reports related to customer communication and payment collections.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred: Business Administration or related).

2-5 years of experience in CRM, preferably in the real estate sector.

Proficiency in CRM tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving attitude and customer-centric approach.

Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
