Center Manager for Preschool

Dear Candidate,

We are seeking a proactive and passionate Centre Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of our playschool in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a genuine love for early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the playschool, ensuring smooth functioning.

Manage and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff.

Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children and staff.

Handle admissions, parent interactions, and inquiries.

Maintain enrolment targets and meet monthly/annual growth goals.

Monitor classroom activities and curriculum implementation.

Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.

Coordinate with vendors and manage supplies and school infrastructure.

Organize school events, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.

Requirements:
Graduate (preferably in Education or Administration).

Minimum 3 years of experience in preschool/playschool management or similar.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Leadership qualities with the ability to multitask.

Knowledge of early childhood development and curriculum will be an added advantage.

Proficient in MS Office and basic administration tools.
