Dear Candidate,
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Center Manager to oversee the operations of our playschool in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience managing early childhood education centers and will be responsible for ensuring a safe, nurturing, and effective learning environment for children aged 2 to 6 years.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Manage daily activities of the playschool to ensure smooth and effective functioning.
Ensure classrooms, play areas, and facilities are safe, clean, and child-friendly.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise teaching and support staff.
Conduct regular performance appraisals and organize professional development sessions.
Curriculum Implementation:
Oversee delivery of age-appropriate curriculum aligned with early childhood education standards.
Monitor lesson plans and learning outcomes to maintain quality education.
Parent and Community Relations:
Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress, school activities, and any concerns.
Organize parent-teacher meetings and community events.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure adherence to local government regulations, health and safety standards, and licensing requirements.
Maintain emergency preparedness and implement child protection policies.
Financial and Administrative Duties:
Manage center budgets, fee collection, and vendor relationships.
Maintain attendance records, staff schedules, and other administrative documentation.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years experience as a Center Manager or equivalent role in a playschool or preschool.
Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and regulatory requirements in Maharashtra/Navi Mumbai.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage teams effectively.
