Account Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in accounting practices, GST filing, and E-way bill generation, along with proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments).

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) in a timely manner.

Generate and manage E-way bills for applicable shipments.

Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer accounts.

Prepare invoices, credit notes, and handle accounts payable/receivable.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

Support statutory audits and ensure tax compliance.

Maintain inventory records and coordinate with stores/logistics for stock audits.

Use Tally ERP/Prime or similar accounting software for entries and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
B.Com or M.Com degree (Accounting/Finance).

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Proficient in GST filing, E-way bill portal, and basic taxation rules.

Experience with Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and MS Excel.

Good understanding of accounting principles and compliance.

Strong attention to detail and time management.
