We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Whitefield, Bangalore.

Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
Follow up and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Schedule and conduct property site visits.
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi is preferred.
