Caregiver

## About the Role We are looking for compassionate and responsible Caregivers to provide quality care to patients at home. The caregiver will assist with daily activities, personal hygiene, mobility support, feeding, medication reminders, and emotional support while ensuring the patient's safety and comfort. ## Key Responsibilities * Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. * Help with feeding and medication reminders. * Support walking, transferring, and mobility exercises. * Monitor and report changes in the patient's condition. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the patient's surroundings. * Record daily care activities and update the care coordinator. * Follow infection control and safety protocols. * Treat patients with dignity, respect, and compassion. * Reach the assigned location on time and maintain professional behavior.

## Requirements * Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (12th Pass preferred). * Caregiver, GDA, Nursing Assistant, or Home Health Aide certification is preferred. * Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. * Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, or English. * Physically fit and willing to work in home-care settings. * Ability to handle elderly, bedridden, post-operative, or disabled patients. * Valid Aadhaar Card and Bank Account. * Smartphone for attendance and communication.
