We are looking for a CRE to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers, and support sales or service processes as per company requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Provide information about products/services
Resolve customer queries professionally
Maintain call logs and customer records
Achieve daily and monthly call targets
Follow company calling and quality guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: 12th pass / Graduation preferred
Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
Good communication skills (Hindi)
Basic computer knowledge
