Business Development Manager (BDM)

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand customer requirements and present suitable products/services.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for potential clients.
Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
