Recommend suitable insurance and investment products based on individual requirements.
Explain policy features, premiums, deductibles, exclusions, and benefits in simple terms.
Assist clients with documentation, KYC compliance, and policy application processes.
Ensure accurate policy issuance and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and trust.
Review clients’ insurance coverage periodically as their life circumstances change.
Manage policy renewals and maintain an active portfolio of clients.
Support clients during the claims process, helping resolve issues and expedite settlements.
Uphold high ethical standards, transparency, and compliance with industry regulations while delivering excellent customer service.
