Sales Executive

Oxyestate Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client interactions, conducting site visits, and closing property sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and field activities
Handle customer inquiries regarding plots, apartments, and real estate projects
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to clients
Conduct property site visits and client meetings
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain sales pipeline
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain customer database and sales reports
Build strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
Assist customers throughout the booking and documentation process

Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
Confidence in client handling and presentations
Ability to work on targets
MS Office and CRM knowledge preferred
Strong interpersonal skills
