Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller Executive – Marketplace App Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller Executives to support our marketplace app. The role involves contacting users and vendors, explaining app features, assisting with onboarding, resolving basic queries, and encouraging active platform usage. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to customers, sellers, and service providers. • Explain the benefits and features of the marketplace app. • Assist new users and vendors with registration and onboarding. • Follow up with leads and encourage app engagement. • Handle customer inquiries and provide basic support. • Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/database. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team. • Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
