Job Summary
The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, maintaining, analyzing, and presenting project and operational data to management. The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to generate accurate reports that support business decisions and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain project progress trackers and databases.
• Collect and compile data from field teams and various departments.
• Generate reports related to project progress, manpower deployment, billing, and productivity.
• Create dashboards and analytical reports using Excel.
• Monitor project targets and report variances to management.
• Maintain records of DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), work orders, invoices, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Accounts, Procurement, and Project Teams for data collection and reporting.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of company data.
