HR Executive

Dear Candidate,

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support and manage human resource operations for our organization/school in Latur, Maharashtra.

Position: HR Executive

Location: Latur, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.

Support payroll processing and coordinate with accounts/finance teams.

Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure positive employee relations.

Assist in performance management, appraisals, and training coordination.

Support statutory compliance and basic labor law requirements.

Organize staff engagement activities and support administrative tasks as required.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field.

1–4 years of relevant HR experience (experience in schools/education sector preferred).

Knowledge of recruitment processes, HR operations, and documentation.

Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
