Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Executive/Manager to join our dynamic team focused on promoting and selling Cisco, huawei, Aruba networking products. The ideal candidate should be confident in making cold calls, identifying potential clients, and closing deals with a consultative and price-competitive approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calling to generate leads and pitch Cisco and Aruba products.

Perform data mining and maintain an updated database of potential clients.

Clearly and confidently communicate pricing advantages, offers, and value propositions.

Build strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and offering the right solutions.

Collaborate with the field sales and technical team to close sales cycles.

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Maintain follow-ups and timely responses to customer inquiries.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in IT networking products sales or cold calling.

Strong communication skills with fluency in English (spoken and written).

Knowledge of Cisco and Aruba products is a strong advantage.

Ability to convince and close deals over the phone.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and ability to handle rejection positively.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and email communication.

Preferred Qualifications:
