Field Sales Specialist

Visit retail stores and perfume/medical stores across assigned areas

Promote company products and generate orders

Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors

Conduct regular market follow-ups and collect feedback

Achieve assigned monthly sales targets

Ensure proper product visibility and brand presence in the market

Prior experience in field sales (FMCG, Perfume, or Pharma industry preferred)

Good communication and negotiation skills

Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently

Familiarity with Mumbai market will be an added advantage
