We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Operations Executive to manage vendor relationships, streamline operations, and support business growth. ### Key Responsibilities * Manage and maintain relationships with existing vendors * Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors * Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms * Conduct cold calling and vendor outreach activities * Build strong relationships with vendors and internal teams * Coordinate operational projects and ensure timely execution * Monitor vendor performance and improve service quality * Ensure compliance with company standards and agreements

### Required Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field * Experience in vendor management, negotiation, or project management * Strong communication and relationship-building skills * Good organizational and multitasking abilities * Proficiency in MS Office and vendor management tools * Ability to work independently and collaboratively ### Preferred Skills * Experience in retail, furniture, manufacturing, or related industries.
