Center Head – Key Result Areas (KRAs) 1. Strategic & Governance KRAs • Conducting regular review meetings with the school team to ensure program implementation standards across academics, infrastructure, and delivery. • Assessing and optimizing resource utilization of the preschool and daycare. • Having regular meetings with management to review the effectiveness of school policies, procedures, and processes. • Coordinating the preschool and the day care program of the centre. ________________________________________ 2. Academic Leadership KRAs • Coordinating with academic coordinator to facilitate sessions, prepare lesson plans, and assess children’s academic progress. • Planning the academic calendar with Academic coordinator, including events, field trips, and guest sessions. • Participating in educational events, conferences, and professional development activities. ________________________________________ 3. Communication & Parent Relations KRAs • Managing parent relations and conducting PTM’s ________________________________________ 4. Center Administration & Operations KRAs • Ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre and academic programs • Reviewing daily, monthly, and annual MIS reports with Admin staff. • Overseeing and maintaining statutory and operational records, ensuring timely updates ________________________________________ 5. Financial Management KRAs • Overseeing and managing the financial operations of the centre, including income and expenditure • Maintaining proper books of accounts for audit and review
